Navodyami aims to make micro-entrepreneurs financially literate and competent with their accounts.
'Navodyami Karyagara' came into existence and was launched in the year 2017 with the main objective being educating entrepreneurs across various modules in financial literacy such as bookkeeping, basic account maintenance, digital payments, micro enterprise registration process and basic GST session for entrepreneurs.
'Navodyami Karyagara’ was launched in the year 2017 with the objective to educate entrepreneurs across various modules in financial literacy. A need for such an initiative was recognized, when microentrepreneurs started setting up enterprises, growing and scaling up, but were limited by how to manage finances better. The general consensus from the microentrepreneurs in this regard has reiterated the gap in theoretical and practical knowledge to set up and use online accounting & digital payment platforms, complete compliance procedures and GST Registration process. Through Karyagara, Navodyami empowers micro-entrepreneurs to become independent and informed about financial and business decisions.

Karyagara till now
The Karyagara sessions have been conducted for micro-entrepreneurs in 5 districts- Dharwad, Belagavi, Gadag, Haveri and Uttara Kannada. In the financial year 2018-19, 221 participants attended the Karyagara sessions. Based on the feedback and learning from these sessions and the requirements of the participants, changes were made to the modules and delivery. In 2019-20, a total of 183 participants received the Karyagara training from Navodyami. Till Dec 2019 From 2018, Udyog Aadhar registrations are being done for the Karyagara participants. In the financial year 2018-19, 120 registrations for Udyog Aadhar were done and in 2019 till now, 141 micro-entrepreneurs have been registered for Udyog Aadhar.
